DeWalt 20v Max Lithium Battery Rebuild is exactly that. I show you every step along the way, and a few potential stumbling blocks. I replace the cells with newer, better Samsung 18650 cells from 18650batterystore.com. Alex and I build a lot of battery packs now with our new spot welder from Banggood. We love this little guy and we're always finding packs that need building. My DeWalt packs are now better than before. They are now 3AH instead of 2, and I rebuilt each one for about 25% the price of a new one. It was a lot of fun too! Check it out.
