Thanks for sharing. I've started doing this meditation a month ago and after 3 weeks of daily practice i went to BOTEC3. I find BOTEC2 a powerful meditation. Also BOTEC 3 is slightly a little upgrade that also has the breathing technique integrated but i find the music from BOTEC2 more powerful towards the end.
Can you tell us for how long did you practiced BOTEC2 regarding the mystical experience? Did you alternate it with other meditations for 2 years? On Dr Joe's website it recommends that you switch after 2-3 weeks so it doesn't become to predictable. Personally i went from BOTEC1 to BOTEC3 in a couple of months.
Glad you have been enjoyed them! The music is very powerful in no 2. The breath helps me relax more in no 3. I wasn’t doing BOTEC 2 long before the mystical experiences but I was doing it daily, when I do it every day or twice a day that’s when they seem to happen! That’s interesting to know, I just love no 2 so tend to stick with it but I get what he means as I know what is coming ⭐️
This is really interesting timing. I was just thinking today that I want to find more meditations by Dr Joe Dispenza. And I've been meaning to check out his website for awhile. Well, your video popped up randomly, I heard what you had to say, and now I'm on his website! I see he has several "Blessing of the Energy Centers" meditations. Do you have a favourite one? Or one that you feel is most powerful? Or perhaps one that you feel is best to start with? Appreciate any advice. I've never paid for something like this before, but your video has me sold! Ready to uplevel! ❤
Thank you! I would recommend purchasing blessing of the energy centres 1 and get used to it. You will learn to place attention on each centre. Then move onto 2 but no need to rush as you will get healing from all of them. I love number 2 the best 🙏
Such a great explanation, thank you! Do the mystical experiences happen during the meditations or anytime after during the day? Ive been doing Dr Joe meditations for half a year but still did not experience it.
They usually happen during it but then my synchronicities increase afterwards! Like I might start seeing more angel numbers after the meditation. They happen more if I do this meditation every day 🙏
@@Mindfuljourneywithme111 Thank you for your reply! Have you experienced kundalini awakening with this meditation? It gave me a very scary kundalini experience. I listened to many yogis and they say if you are not ready for it, then it can go to a bad direction.
@@Lolaa11 I dont think I have.. but I am not sure what it would feel like to be 100%. I do think these are powerful meditations so we need to be aware of that
