Serenaaa, thank you so much! That means a lot to me. I'm thinking of doing a roundup/comparison/ranking of blushes that have come out recently. If there's any one in particular you'd like me to include let me know. I'll also ask on my community tab to see what other peeps are interested in. On my list so far: - Charlotte Tilbury Island Glow cream blush - Armani liquid blush - Hourglass liquid blush Thanks again for watching!💖
I vote for Armani liquid blush! I saw your review on Armani and I can tell that Hourglass blush emphasizes your texture. Armani gives healthy smooth glow. I will buy Armani.
Thank you for another great review!! Thank you for pointing out there is shimmer in the rose shade! I had not heard anyone say that! I love how you blend out the shades on your hand and cheeks. It’s so helpful!!!
Hi Lisa! Omg you're the best, thanks for always leaving such awesome comments! I'm so glad you caught that bit about the shimmer in Vision - I was kinda geeking out when I noticed it, lol. And yay! I'm stoked that the blending demos are helpful. I always worry I'm being extra with those, but now I know someone's actually watching! 😂 If there's anything specific you want to see in future reviews, just let me know! I'm always up for suggestions. Thanks again for being awesome. Virtual hugs! 🤗💄✨
Thanks for your comment! That’s a Mac 168, $42. I love it. I’m googling it to see if it happens to be on sale so I can buy another one. It’s not but supposedly it’s comparable to Sigma’s F40, which is 25% off right now, $18. Picking that one up🤞
Hello Fabi! Thank you for this review. I loved all the colors of the blushes but only bought Vision just to try. I know you did this review 3 months ago but I wanted to ask you what lipstick you wore in this video? I love it
Hey Carmen! I’m so sorry I don’t remember 🤦♀️ I just started getting into the habit of noting in the description box the makeup I’m wearing. Better late than never but still, so sorry about that!
I loved the way you showed your wear test 😊 I have scene and future and they are both beautiful. I’m partial to future at the moment, possibly cause of the warm weather here in Texas 😆 I did notice while doing my skincare, I forgot the swatches on the back of my hand and after washing my face I noticed water beads atop of the blush. It formed a barrier between the skin. However I was also able to take a tissue and wipe away the residue and it removed easily. Not sure if that’s good or bad 😅 but im keeping both and will play with them in my pro kit as well! Thanks again!
I really liked how the wear test's side by side check-ins came out so it's great to hear you liked it too 😃 That's such an interesting observation about the water beading on top of the blush! Gonna go try it 💨 You're riight! Here's a pic if anyone else wants to see: imgur.com/a/5zHrOgs My thoughts on why the water beading effect might be good or bad: Good.- might indicate that the blush has water-resistant properties. So on a sweaty day or in humid weather maybe it won't melt off your face as easily (hence the long-wearing claim from Hourglass). Bad.- if it's not sinking into your skin, it might be more likely to transfer and end up on your clothes, etc. Which brings me to my current issue with this blush, that slick texture doesn't seem to set down enough for my daily wear preferences. For pro work though, I bet it gives that amazing glowy, editorial vibe! I'm super curious about how they are working in your kit! And if you find they work well with oily skin types. Please let us know if you get a chance 😊
So glad I saved you from that surprise shimmer! 🌟 Whim is a solid choice because its bright, natural pink gives a fresh flush that’ll look great on pale olive skin. I’d avoid anything too cool-toned or bubblegum pink, since those can look a bit harsh on olive tones. I’d say give it a shot!
Thank you for this review....so refreshing to see pros & cons amd not just get the hype...will look to hear your final verdict ...so then I can make my decision 😍
Thanks so much for watching! 😊 I’m really glad you enjoyed the review. I always try to keep it real with both the pros and cons. These Hourglass blushes are pretty great overall, but that oily feel requires more testing on my part. I have one on right now :)
Hi Nathalie! Fair point! 😊 Glowy blushes do have a way of emphasizing texture. Honestly, I didn’t think these were too bad in that department, but hey, not everything’s gonna work for everyone. Appreciate the honest feedback! 🙏
@@FabiMadeup Thank you for understanding. I am looking for a perfect liquid blush for my mature skin, and so far the YSL has been good. Do you have any other recommendations? Many thanks.

@@FabiMadeupwow, this would be amazing. Please include the Dior glow maximizers in rosy or peachy which can be used as blushes.
Love your channel ✌🏼
Ah yes! Can’t believe I didn’t think to include those. Brain fart.

yesss exactly! My cheeks look smoother with Armani. I love it. :)

So pretty! I wanted to restrain b/c I’m declutterring, but I did pick one up! Very dewey, yet pigmented look!
Haha yesss, these are hard to resist! 🫠

Thank you for your honesty Fabi! Which brush were you using to apply Scene? I looks great!

Omg I’m gonna frame this comment! Thank you 😊
Hello Fabi, great review.
Hi Joana 👋 hope it was helpful😀
You saved me money I almost bought vision and I don’t like the gold shimmer I’m pale olive should I get whim

@ thank you, have you tried Rhodes Sleepy girl? I heard great things about it. I ordered two since I heard someone raving about it
Oooh that shade looks pretty (just looked it up)! I only have toasted teddy.

Some of them highlights the pores on your skin so no.

Oh dear way too much blush on your face, not flattering at all.
Agreed! Not a good look lol🫠 my intention with the heavy hand was to show the color of the blushes. Not doing that again 😭🤣
