Myself I schedule sadness and grief 7:15 AM to 7:30AM a little screaming yelling stamping of feet. Then I get on with it. If the still shots of Mount Saint Micheal were STILL they would be more enjoyable. Peace be with you.
Try spending time with Jesus ... In the Bible one of his titles is the PRINCE OF PEACE. Yes what I need to use there was a tripod as it's hard to keep camera steady when it's on maximum zoom. 👍🙏🙌
