Rotem Sivan - Stella By Starlight (Live at the D'Angelico Showroom)
Вставка
- Опубліковано 19 жов 2019
- D'Angelico Showroom, New York City | Acclaimed NYC based jazz guitarist and producer Rotem Sivan plays the classic standard "Stella By Starlight" on the Deluxe EXL-1 in Matte Plum.
Our homage to master-builder John D’Angelico’s original archtop design has been elevated. The Deluxe EXL-1's Seymour Duncan floating humbucker guarantees every last drop of tone, while Jescar fretwire makes for greater playability. Its large 17-inch-wide body is complemented with a slim C-shape neck. Available in all-new custom finishes, the Deluxe EXL-1 exudes elegance, both embodying the spirit of its mid-century counterpart and asserting itself as a modern guitar for the modern player.

d'Angelico's guitars are so beautiful
Such an iconic tune, never grows old ...
rotem.... rotem, rotem, rotem.
you never cease to amaze and dazzle.
you are a BEAST!!!
bravo.
I need to go back over this standard!
Same here haha, there are so many possibilities to this tune !
Nicely done Rotem...perfect soft, lyrical touch and phrasing. That guitar sounds perfect.
Oooo, I sat on that very couch a couple years ago.
So amazing still coming back to this video. I have this guitar and yes it's big and yes it's serious. Get out if you want the easy stuff. But the sound is woody, in a good way woody. It's simple. Always perfectly in tune even after days, never having to tune nearly as much as my Tele. Intonation is great. Just real workhorse, the rest comes from practice and not from expensive guitars.
Wounderful
Thank you
So beautiful... thank you for sharing your gift with us. 💕🎶🎸
It’s quite bright for a jazz guitar, which is nice
I’m thinking roundwounds! Nice to meet another Kane 🤩
It has tone adjustment
Something about these guitars makes them seem enormous.
It is that they are enormous.
@@tdawry to get
So good 💛
👏
Awesome guitar, Rotem Sivan sprays little drops of music from the fretboard..Stella a la luz de las estrellas
Very Nice! Rotem!.. You should do more of this kind of playing in your videos...instead of all the lightning fast 'licks'...Just my thought...
Rotem are you using a pick?
Sure looks like it. He’s using his fingers as well. Hybrid.
Biggest frets I have seen in a long time.
I wonder if that’s why it sound a bit brighter in the upper mids?
What’s the scale length on these?
Great guitarist this guy!
I want more sir.... About finger style
IT's not pure fingerstyle, he's using a plectrum.
You told me add the bass line and everything would be alright.
Said Tom Misch, right?
@@jilsky I hope so... otherwise I don’t understand it. Like, at all! Lll
Lol*
beautiful guitar maybe its the light strings but the Howard Roberts guitar sounds way better
Disagree
Was I right in thinking that you didn't feel entirely comfortable with the instrument at the beginning and adjusted your playing accordingly?
But too bright but… everything else was what it was.. rotem playing guitar.
Must be the ugliest headstock ever on these guitars.
Quite the opposite..LOVE the headstock !!!!
