You can look in the mirror but if you're constantly looking at the specific thing your trying to change and obsessing over it that will definitely slow your results. You have to act like you already have what you want. Does that make sense?
People, please use more positive words. For example, say your nose is pretty and small. I keep seeing commenters commented about what they don't like about their nose, hence making the result appear much, much slower. And it gives some bad impression to the reader.

Ever since I started listening to nose subs I been pinching my nose my bridge and running my fingers down to see if it got smaller for the past month and a half and I can feel when my nose tip gets bigger it feels like a bump on each side I listened to this for most of the day yesterday and this morning I did it again the bumps where my nose got bigger had smoothed out!! Just an advice subliminals are more about belief than time (but will take time) the factor that is mostly at play here is the placebo effect. I have searched the internet about this and i found that 1/4 of all sucessful medical treatments pills surgery or anything is due to placebo so yeah just felt like you really need this

My nose always randomly changes shape. Like one day it's small and upturned with a high bridge, the next day it's big and bumpy with a low bridge, I don't know how thats possible but it is so I am listening to this so it wont change

Ever since I started listening to nose subs I been pinching my nose my bridge and running my fingers down to see if it got smaller for the past month and a half and I can feel when my nose tip gets bigger it feels like a bump on each side

Just an advice subliminals are more about belief than time (but will take time) the factor that is mostly at play here is the placebo effect. I have searched the internet about this and i found that 1/4 of all sucessful medical treatments pills surgery or anything is due to placebo so yeah just felt like you really need this

Having bad dreams after subliminals is normal. It can happen for, at least, 2 reasons:

But these are some things wrong with your belief system and the way you think of things or that are wrong around you and that you should fix!
