So nice to see you so happy beeing in Guatemala. I went caving in Peten in the 90s. And my partner lost his glasses when he jumped from a great height into an underground pool. The glasses were never seen again and he couldn't see well himself. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful experience. And Tikal is GREAT. Will never forget this.
Unpredictable Lake Erie stole my glasses once but I only live two hours away so my son drove me up an old pair. That would be awful to be so far and not be able to see!
Yall that cave kept getting more and more sketch the further you went 😂 it's one of those things you'll tell people you did and they won't believe it haha. What an adventure! You've got us so excited for Guatemala ❤
OMG frigging God!!!!!! That was insane hahah typical in Guatemala trust me.. my peeps are not scared of anything :) So glad you enjoyed it and that you made it out in one piece. On a side note they should explain all this BEFORE the tour. Anyhoo God bless. So glad to see you are having a good time in my parents country. Saludos.
I felt like I was holding my breath the whole time you were in that cave! Yikes! Wild ride! And quite the story to tell having survived it! As always, so grateful to get to live life vicariously through your amazing videos!
Very, very nice video, even i was so nervous watching the cave adventure, congratulations for do that 👌. Good you see the water of the pools blue, and no dark for the rain season. Sorry for Evie 🐕🥰 she can't know Semuc. In next time i recommend you other beautiful places in Cobán like Sachichaj Reserve, Hun Nal Ye Reserve, Waterfall Las Conchas, Laguna Lachua. Are you still in Guatemala 🇬🇹😊 or you are in your next destination 😢?
Amazing! Didn’t even know about those caves existed in Semuc. Would love to do that next time I’m in Guate. Looks like you guys had so much fun. Good job!
it looks an amazing experience, don't know how it cost for this guide, but its definitely worth it ! even the lunch looks great.. what a day ! definitely putting this in the list if one day i'm lucky to go there ! thanks for sharing this with us
13:28 mmmm yummy in my tommy ❤❤that pollo asado looks really good, mico please bring me some pancit to Kentucky i have some good friends from manila but they lived in California, i love Philippine food
Those pools are so beautiful! What a pleasure it must have been to spend time in that place. Those caves are so wild! I would be afraid of the small confined spaces and the lack of visibility not knowing what’s ahead of you. Also, the low ceilings and hitting your heads on the rocks.
One of my friends just got back from visiting Guatamala and posted pictures on Facebook, I was able to recognize Lake Atitlan thanks to your videos! Thank you for making me look well traveled LOL
Hello guys, that was so much fun. Semuc Champey looks so beautiful. I feel bad for Evie, but I understand the reason why doggies are not allowed. I'm glad you're enjoying this country. Saludos
What an adventure! We did it a few years with a life jacket and a candle… no headlight! It was wild bu so exhilarating! Safe…hell no! However, unforgettable!
great videos! was this worth it?? I have 14 days in Guatemala. I was going to Antigua, Lake Atitlan and Flores-Tikal. I was going to skip this one :(. but i keep changing my mind
We had an amazing time and if you’re going to Flores/Tikal overland (not flying) then we definitely think it’s worth a stop. Even if you aren’t we think it’s a cool and unique destination. Especially the caves!

I love the metal music in the cave…
El agua de las pozas es agua de manantial que nace en las montañas a los lados. Por eso es tan clara y limpia.
