•Whole Black pepper 1 teaspoon
•Whole Cumin seeds 1 and half tablespoons
•Whole coriander seeds 2 tablespoons
•Cinnamon sticks 2
•Cloves half teaspoon
•Whole Black cardamom 3
•Whole green cardamom 6 to 8
•Bay leaves 2
•Water 5 cups
☆Ingredients for pulao
•Basmati rice 500g
•Oil half cup
•Onion 1 medium
•Tomato 1 large
•Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
•Green chilli paste 1 tablespoon
•Salt to taste
•Bay leave 1
•Cinnamon sticks 2 small
•Black pepper corn 8 to 10
•Whole Black cardamom 1
•Cloves 2
•Chicken powder 1 tablespoon
•Roasted n Crushed Cumin and coriander seeds 1 and half tablespoons
•Lemon slices 2 to 3
•Bullet green chilli's 3 to 4
•Prepared yakhni 3 cups
