Hmmmm, this is not really Arabic, i usually hear these type of melodies in western documentaries about the middle east, but it is not true, the Arabic melodies and scale is totally different and much nicer. in summary the arabic scale made of tone, half and quarter tone, quarter tone not is the back bone of the Arabic scales. you have piano to play Arbic melodies and quarter notes, this is wrong as the piano can not play quarter note, unlike the violin which can, therefore we do not hear piano in any Arabic song unless its written in major or minor scale. anyway nice try, keep going.

You might be able to use it as is, or you could try using a pitch adjustment plugin (like Newtone in Fl Studio) to change any notes that don't sound right with the eastern sound you want. I'd suggest keeping the root as F.
Thanks for the help, iam working on these scales, and wondering if i can make a progressive house song. can i write chords with these scales like 1st 3rd and 5th theory? Thanks
You can use chords with these scales. I find it a bit more tricky to get something that sounds good than with major/minor, but with some playing around you can get some great sounding progressions. Try out a 1 4 2 6 1 in the Phrygian Dominant scale, or listen to Dharma by Headhunters & KSHMR for an example.

hello nice to hear those scales the Arabic is called Maqam Hijaz and in the middle east there are many scales which can be used on semitone keyboard but the Arabic Maqams or scales depends on their region how they scale the tones to decrease a key to 1/4 tone or slightly more on the original instruments also this Hijaz can be played and tuned to 1/4 tone on its key if the root note is C so we can decrease the key B and keep the semitone as it is ,it is a mistake to change the keyboard to a quarter-tone mode - you can use a plugin called Easren One which has a knob to change a required key on the keyboard ,I noticed you used too much the mod wheel .cheers
