- Sourdough can feel SO overwhelming when you first start out, but over time you settle into a comfortable routine that hardly takes any time up at all :) Here is a month in the life of my sourdough starter!

You cracked me up several times, loved the big lean over to get the starter from the fridge, I felt that groan! You are so funny & charming.
You're trying to tempt me into pulling out my KitchenAid mixer, aren't you? I've never met a recipe i wasn't tempted to tweak just a little bit & you are definitely a bad influence... in a good way. Have a lovely weekend, spring has sprung in California, I imagine it has in Michigan as well. Enjoy!
Thank you :) and haha I am definitely a bad influence with recipes, I tweak them so much I get in over my head and they can turn out a muddled mess sometimes 😂
You'll be pleased to know I baked banana bread for the first time in several years this week. I didn't pull out my mixer, but I was second guessing myself there for a bit! And I couldn't help tweaking the recipe (what's with that???) but it turned out great. I forget how nice the house smells when I bake, so thanks for the motivation! Much appreciated ❤️
