Whilst i think grown adults should be allowed to indulge in whatever activity they consensually chose to (as far as pratically/legally possible - no bank robbing, heroin dealing sort of thing!) - my concern with the sex workers like Adraiina of this world, is, i think, some don't think of the consequences of their actions before "jumping in" . Even in these liberated days there will be some repercussions for sex workers and they should think long & hard before choosing this career.
