Can you suggest any particular apartment/Building at a budget of 1-1.5 million AED within the Dubai City (not the countryside) Free Hold area like JVC? Not villa. No Townhouse. I want the least maintained flat 2 BHK apartment with a simple modern but elegant interior and good road accessibility (If possible near any metro station). For a middle working class with an Indian passport.
How do you find the listings on these website are not fake or scam? How safe are these listings??

Hello, you can get rented home with washing machine or you can buy separately. We don’t have gallery as you can see, we use dry area for drying clothes.

The salary provided is good. At the same time, please consider the expenses are also high in Dubai. As I mentioned in my video, my rent is 4k aed per month if you want the good area. But you can also get it below 4k. So it depends how you want to live.

Anyway, about your question, yes below 5k is low salary if you want to have good lifestyle.
But again it depends on your preference. People earning 4-5k are also happy and peoples earning 20-30k are also Not Happy 😊

Hi Apurva, is metro station near to your place. I am looking for apartment in Dubai as going to shifted there next month with wife. So shall I opt for Studio or 1bhk & what will be the cost for it as I heard transport is too costly in dubai so better to have Flat near to metro
Yes my apartment is near to Sharaf dg metro station. It is always better have flat near station. Travelling by metro is not that costly. It is very convenient option. You can opt for any apartment be it studio or 1bhk. It depends on your cost of living, expenses. You can get good options in studio apartments as well.

I would say this is enough for couple but not when you have kid looking at education fees and insurance.
