Hi, thanks for your support. And regarding the setting of mw2 and WZ2, we are working on it, and we will update it once we finish it. Before that, would like to suggest you to use Standard mode and use Black eQualizer and Color Vibrance as to find a combination for your own preference, thanks.

XL2546K shows smoother and clearer motion than XL2411P, and also the S Switch is a much more convenient tool to switch the settings.

Hi, our FPS3 mode is based on a default color setting of graphic card setting; so if you did change any color setting of your graphic card, then you will see a very different result as we do.
If you are using default graphic card color setting already, but FPS3 is still not your mode for fortnite, then you can try all modes of the monitor, and choose a mode which is getting closer to your preference, then further customize it for your own preference.

Hello, I currently play on XL2411P 144hz and am looking to upgrade to 240Hz. I only play Rainbow Six Siege. I am confused if to buy XL2546K 240Hz or 1440p monitor. Can someone help me, my friend told 1440p is worth more details and gives competitive advantage.

Hi, it depends on your priority, and perception to the 1080p or 1440p; if you can test both by yourself (even it is just only 60hz; but if you can try both in 240hz will be better) as to feel the resolution feeling, then you may have a better feeling for the decision; but regarding the smoothness, 1440p will be more challenging to 1080p due to it consumes more computing power to graphic card and game to drive more resolution, just for your reference.
Should I wait for your new Zowie 360Hz TN panel then? I only get 180 to 220 fps at most? Do you recommend buying XL2546K or wait for new flagship BenQ? Is there a way I could buy directly from Zowie in India
@@KH4UF Hi, i would suggest you to buy XL2546K if you are urgently to buy one; especially your pc and game is far away from 360, and also it won't be too soon for our new (unreleased) monitor to be announced, and even it takes time to be available in your country once it is been released.

Hola una pregunta mi XL2540K se enciende solo sin tener que apretar el botón power cuando lo enchufo a la luz a que se debe ?
maybe it is about the monitor been shut down unexpected (sudden power cut), so it lights up by itself when the power is back, and also the power cable plug back.

@@Wityx hi, i double checked; when i turn off the monitor by pressing power key, the then unplug --> replug the power cord, the monitor won't light up unless i press the power key.
but if i unplug the power cord when monitor is on, and then replug back the power cord, the monitor will lights up byitself.
So i am thinking: maybe your power key is stuck or not; i would like to suggest you to hard pressing the power key for three times in case if the power key abnormally stuck.

Hi DyAc won't create extra input lag by this feature itself; it provides different feeling, you may take time to get used to it.
But dyac and dyac+ have a little input lag
So im always turn it off
Hi, DyAc itself won't create extra input lag, but if you don't like the feeling, you can turn it off or use it together with AMA setting: Premium, which is the fattest response time setting of this monitor.

We don't have a feature to generate crosshair on top of the game.
High or premium?
Would like to suggest you to try Premium and Off respectively in game for couple matches, then you will have a better feeling of whether to use it or which level to take.
