I knew Candace Owens had said very problematic things, but holy crap imagine having a problem with people in wheelchairs expressing themselves. Your response to her arrogance is astoundingly beautiful.

what truly is ridiculous is how the person who said that thing even had a thought about it being worth hearing. what they said was just pure arrogance. we love and appreciate you so, so much, people. and we do want to know you.❤️ please remember their opinion is not the only one in the world. we want you and we support you!

I love your wheelchair ♿️ I’m so excited for mine. I have started the process of asking my drs to collaborate and get the process going . Also for a Cane and rolling walker with seat and a recliner . I’m in America , Medicaid pays for us to have these things to make life better ❤

i don't use tiktok, so i haven't seen your videos in a while, but i'm happy to still see you advocating for yourself and disabled folks as a whole.
And "antagonized" is SUCH a great description of this reaction loud parts of society have. Whenever disability gets visible, prominent, or discussed/portrayed openly, so many ppl villainize or antagonize its existence or try to invisibilize it. But it's up to us to keep being loud and push for a society that embraces disability, not demonizes it as a sort of "shortcoming" or "failure". We're whole people, and out disabilities are a large part of us. No one should have to hide or minimize it.

Ohhhh, I like your use of the word "antagonist" as a descriptor! More serious than "nay-sayer", more neutral than "enemy" or "hater". And more widely applicable than the many "-phobe" & "-ist" words we have for each thin slice of our great diversity. It's an /inclusive/ word, to use "antagonist"! That's something anyone can say! :D

People are ignorant and disrespectful, Just because you are in a wheelchair doesn’t mean you are not beautiful! You are beautiful!

Oh MAN that's gotta be so hard to hear... I hadn't heard this audio clip before, so like, in a way I'm GLAD that your loving response was the frame in which I first encountered it!

Inclusivity should be for all when being able to express their bodies, chubby, disabled, person of color, or white
We should be able to accept everyone for who they are and the body they have. People should have the right to be proud of their bodies im so glad that annie can spread messages like this ❤️
Messages like these help me learn and get to know more about issues like this

Hah, acting like it's NEW to see inclusivity in ad campaigns tho?? I remember ones from the 2000s that had wheelchair users, people with dwarfism, vitiligo... It was new to me then, to see people so different from the mainstream bodies, but it was eye-opening, ya know? Made me THINK. Because my parents taught me - and I chose to continue - to work to understand something new and confusing, instead of work to reject it like that speaker.

People with disability don't deserve underwear? That seems right silly. I'd say it's ridiculous that someone things as the commentator at the beginning does. That is, worthy of ridicule.
