Syracuse Orange Football enters the 2025 college football season with one of the toughest schedules in the ACC, if not the country. The biggest key for Fran Brown's squad is to get quality QB play from Rickie Collins, Luke Carney, or someone else to replace Kyle McCord from 2024. CUSE obviously exceeded expectations last year finishing 4th in the ACC. What we now know entering next year is coaching has proven it's worth (other than special teams), Brown has built a culture whose value should not be underestimated, and the players we are attracting has improved significantly. Growing pains...absolutely with a new QB. But I love the trajectory CUSE is on.

As for allowing Coach A time, I agree he should have it. In part next year's team is definitely his further I think one can allow for reorganizing the coaching staff. Another 2 years isn't that critical, if you believe the problem is systemic and has been a dripping faucet for more than 10 years. There are plenty of programs that no longer have dominion over mbb like Gtown, Wake, GT, WVA, UCLA, ND... I could go on. Is the SEC at a high point, sure... But the week in week out punishment will show up in March. Plus the reality is only one can be champion, having 3 SEC teams in the Final four is not new Big East did it, once. 2 teams in is pretty common so unless SEC puts 4 in nothing historic. I'll take the field vs SEC getting 4 in. I'll take the field vs 3 but I'll take SEC getting 2 vs the field
