ive seen comments of many asians mocking the cool-undertoned/pinkish pale skin of europeans and albinos too. it sucks how they mock it yet at the same time like white skin, unfair.

Tanning is weird…
It's that the skine tone and muscles are more defined with darker skin. A pale guy can work harder than any darker skinned guy on his body and he cam have just as big muscular build but it won't look as impressive as there are no shadows. Darker skinned people are so lucky to have that advantage.

You shouldn‘t continue to get spray tan on a daily basis. It will make you more confident when it‘s on but will make you even less confident than before when it‘s off again. For our psyche it‘s the best to try to appreciate yourself the way you are

@@ssigaprv8669 plenty of self tanners out there you can self apply and don´t damage the skin. But honestly, I do not see a reason to not use it. If it makes you more confident, than it is fine. One of the reasons we work out anyway. And up north it really is only a seasonal thing to do, in winter it does not make sense

Do it better and at home: Mix Tan Luxe Body drops with Cerave Moisturizing Lotion. A good place to start is 1 drop of Tan Luxe for every two pumps of the moisturizer. Mix it in a bowl and apply it to your body / face (yes you can also apply the body one to the face).

I grew up in a country where I was bullied for the colour of my tan skin, my mother even convinced me not to go in the sun to not get darker. Now in my latter years I regret the feeling of unworthiness as I have been married for over 30 years and am hit on by women nearly everyday who openly tell me infront of my wife how appealing I am. I never will change who I am regardless of racism or Jealousy or what ever. You are here for a reason and have to prove nothing for your existance. You count you matter and what is more you don't need to be validated by anyone.

Joe, I would say for someone like you spray tans probably isn’t the best option. You should use a self tanning lotion, it looks more natural and is way more cost effective. Plus you don’t have to looks like an orange for a couple of days

If you use sunscreen and take care of your skin this is a non-issue. The benefits of getting daily sun (in a responsible manner) far outweigh any negative impacts on aging.

I don't mean to put you off but it's kind of a contridiction what you say. If you truely would not care what people thought you would have been happy/confident without needing to tan. Then again it is in our nature to receive positive validation from others so it's a tough nut to crack.

Being yourself is the best thing you can do. You don’t need a spray tan to look shredded or good tbh. Your body was built to be your body, embrace being different and you’ll see a positive outcome.

It's proven though that you'll look more shredded if you're tan. You can still look shredded being pale sure but being tan makes you look even more shredded, it's like a cheatcode.

In the Philippines, we bleach our skin and put sunblock spf 100plus just to look pale...
yeah but most filipinos aim for the korean or asian-style pale skin which is the pale skin with slight yellow undertones or pale olive skin (google pale olive skin on google images and youll get what i mean). yellowish pale skin is a wheatish skin so it isnt really pale compared to british/albino pale.
in fact ive heard many asians mocking the paleness of europeans or albinos. ive also heard cases of albinos or british-looking pale people (who are naturally pale btw) in the philippines getting called engkanto or ghosts, which i find ironic.

Duuuude. I’ve honestly tried everything but spray tan (excluding tanning beds that’s horrible for your skin). I’m a super pale guy and get made fun of a lot for it. This video definitely swayed me to getting a spray tan. Looks really sick.

I don't care what color your skin is, embrace it... just don't damage your skin to try and achieve a different color, it happens everywhere - people trying to bake in the sun or bleach their skin. Some lucky people have more melanin than others that protects their skin, but it doesn't hurt to protect it more.

The pale skin suits you better. With these spray tans you will never get the natural looking South European/North African tan, it just makes you look yellowish/orange

@@johannes01 Fucking awful thanks for asking. I had mold in my old apartment that i apparently inhaled for over 4 months and it made me sick. Now my nose is fucked up and i cant get good sleep anymore so my muscles feel sore all the time and ive got no appetite anymore

Yo, I train full body 3 days a week. I do some upper work with my bodyweight twice everyday even the days I workout at the gym (15min sessions). Do you guys think that's the volume reason for my plateau? My sleep and nutrition are on point btw.
