Always amazing to me that there are characters who voluntarily return to a place where they're openly hated by the community. Always makes for good drama though. Sounds like there'll be some good additions in the next few months too, Lauren & Max return whilst we also get to see the arrival of George's son. Hopefully the latter brings a good potential new hardman.
Show always been somewhat unrealistic in regards to who'd be living in that area. Jack Branning high up enough in the police force to live somewhere that isn't crime ridden, Archie and Jonny Allen who was filthy rich wouldn't have wanted to live there, Janine moved back there after inheriting a fortune and been hated by everyone, Roy Evans downsized both his house & business to move in with Pat and run Frank's Cowboy Carlot, in the 80s we had yuppie characters such as Wilmot and Colin that could probably have afforded something better (Wilmot returned twice despite been hated) , Ian returned despite been somewhat successful and hated more than he deserves to be and even Phil would have realistically moved on after becoming highly successful. Grey would be another example, he likely earned 100s of pounds an hour, why would he be living there.
@@Darskul I mean yeah it kinda would also I'd argue crap that Ben and Phil and even Shirley have done is also stuff you can't really make up for yet them feeling a little sorry is enough for the rest of the street so I actually think it would have been more interesting if Dean was a changed person.
@andyseabrookfitness8693 ye I think trying to redeem him after that wouldn't go down well. If they wanted to make him remorseful and redeemed they would need to have him leave the square permanently or better yet admit his guilt to the police. Linda seeing him every day will just add to her trauma
So he hasn't come back as an attempted reformed character then? I suppose it also makes sense that he isn't as well if they are trying to make us believe he is the Christmas body.
"I do not need your consent" the look on his face he knows what he did

Yh if George’s son comes in as a bit of a hardman he’ll be a good match for Ravi, 2 guys at their peak.
say what you want about Dean, he is a very good villain!
He’s back
George was too scared to go upstairs and confront Dean so Elaine had to do it for him 😂
I was about to say what if George went up to confront Dean and Dean just knocked him out in one hit. 😂😂😂 Would have been hilarious.
A Queen will always defend her castle.
@@Darskul George would be automatically excluded from the hardman conversation if that happened.
@@tomhiggins6542 Her Knight in shining armour didn’t accompany her on her quest today.
I was kinda hoping Dean would be sorry and begin to accept what he did.
not likely. narcassists never do. they always blame others
Would it even matter if he did? Assault is assault, it's not something you can really make up for.

@spencerreid2086 they have never tried to rape anybody though.
thats just pure evil!!

" I don't need your consent" sick twisted freak
to be fair your taking the words out of context mate but yeah he probably could have worded it better TBH 😂😂😂😂😂😂
He wasn’t referring to the r*pe if that’s what you’re thinking.
@@H.K.5 but the look on Dean face shows he knows what he did.
Go on Linda!
Surely ben and phil will confront Dean to after what happened with roxy ?
Ben would be in no position to say shit about it given what he did a few years back.
Lol, Phil didn't even deal with Ben's rapists ffs. What makes you think he'd be so high and mighty over Dean?
So Dean is back for revenge?
Maybe
Linda girl you are on your own you can take him out girl
poor Dean and Linda is delusional
are you actually serious?
what?
