    All talks. Thats it. That's the capability we have as a nation. If this nation had even an iota of self respect it would have been stopped the water flow.

    Poor presentation, need to explain everything with maps. Nobody can understand the various locations mentioned without maps. A missed opportunity. The key question unanswered is, can the treaty be abrogated as India has claimed. Brigadier needs to up his presentation skills.

    We need to partner with our neighbours to negotiate China's plans to control the waterheads of the major rivers. The Tibetian population is not large. So, do not understand the rationale for China building dams except forGeoStrategic control or diversion to the water deficient in western China just north of India.

    Ajay ji Pakistan has lots of water flowing in Indus river. Pakistan will divert the flow of Indus to Ravi river. Pakistan has already diverted to flow of Indus to Sulemanki headwork of Satluj river. Do not be fools paradise that by blocking Ravi water flow India can dry the rivers if Pakistan. Pakistan has lots of water in indus river flowing and wasted in ocean
