I really love your video. What you said is exactly what I had in mind. Although I agree Humpty wasn't a great main villain I think he wasn't evil or bad as you think. I don't think he changed his mind out of nowhere. He was as Puss said he is not a rotten egg, he was always was good but his revenge blinded him. And once he fullfiled it, he wasn't satisfied like he thought he would. So once Puss asked him for help and still believed in him after everything he said himself screw revenge. And though Puss didn't do much in other sequels (even though in Forever After he was actually more proactive both in action and other characters than Donkey), after watching Puss movies (some shorts and one tv series) it would actually explain a lot our Hispanic cat. This might come as shock to you, but Puss in Boots in Shrek franchise a very tragic character, even more than Fiona. He is still charming, kind and compassionate optimistic but rewatching everything from the franchise it is miracle he didn't broke down mentally before. And as for Shrek 5 (and also upcoming Donkey spin-off), considering how Hollywood wants to rely on AI because they're lazy money suckers, and because of that there are writers and actors stike there, I wouldn't surprised if we don't see something from very soon😒. But when the Shrek 5 will come I would love it to focus on two main characters Shrek and Puss in Boots and explore their different dynamics after the events of Forever After and The Last Wish. Who knows it would be Puss would interact with other characters than mostly Donkey (and not as bickering), like also Fiona, or if Shrek, Donkey, Fiona and Puss are still friends or Shrek consider Puss not as a friend, but as a part of family. There are many possibilities how to explore this concept. But that's probably just my wishful thinking😅. Anyway thanks for the video. And also great thumbnail👍.
Death came for an egotistical little legend. Yet, he didn't see him at the end anymore. Because Puss had more to live for than keeping his legend alive. He had Kitty Softpaws, Perrito, and potentially even Shrek, Fiona and Donkey, if they're still alive by the time The Last Wish happens! Good memories are why he knew what he had to do.
