It really would help to make that an episode on how to use it . Thanks , maybe in 2 weeks or 3 , can my comment be in your video bc Ik that there are ppl out there who also want to quit, it will teach them to not give up bc you inspired me to go and live my dream , making an album , see you next week .
@@Zeke_drawz30 Do not give up. Keep working on your songs until you like them. And don't give up on Bandlab. But you can also try alternative ways of creating the music or collab with others if the instrumental side is not your strength like in my case. 🎉
Hi, thank you for the video & quick question You mentioned we can buy beats off of UA-cam, and I reviewed contracts from producers off of UA-cam in the past, but most producers state in their Unlimited Lease contract that their beat license expires after 10 or so years of purchase. In that case, what would we have to do? Do we have to re-release them as our version, and if we do, how can we do that?
Hi! Thank you for watching the video, and great question! 😊 If you purchase an unlimited beat license that expires after 10 years, you'll generally need to renew the license to continue using the beat legally. Here’s what you can do: Contact the Producer: Reach out to the producer to discuss renewing the license. Some producers allow you to repurchase the same lease or upgrade to an exclusive license. Repurchase the Lease: If the producer is unavailable but the beat is still in their store, you can often repurchase the lease. This essentially resets your license for another 10 years. Check Your Contract: Contracts can vary-some may require you to stop using the beat entirely after the license expires unless you renew, while others may allow continued use of the songs you created during the license period. Always read the terms carefully to avoid legal issues. If renewal isn’t an option (e.g., the beat is no longer available or the producer can’t be reached), you might need to re-create the beat or replace it with a new instrumental. In that case, you’d re-release the song with the updated version. I hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if you have more questions-happy to help 💖
