Wheelbarrow looks lovely all planted up linda, fingers crossed you get more hog footage again eating the food now instead of rats. Youll have a great crop of tomatoes in your polytunnel. I forgot to sow my swede this year. Love watching your videos ❤
Awww thanks so much Lisa 🤗 ❤ Fingers crossed for more hog footage 🤞 I didn't sow any swede either but Danny did! 🤭 😂 Did you count all the plants etc from other plot holders? 🤭😂 x
Hello Linda, you have got a,lot of planting done. Danny is very kind giving up some plants too. Love his channel. The wheelbarrow looks lovely! Thanks for sharing and take care 😊
Thanks Christine ❤️ Danny is fab isn't he we share plants and seeds with each other on our allotments as usually we have a little surplus to share. We have a separate WhatsApp swop shop group that Danny set up. We don't swap though, just give away or ask if anyone has any surplus of anything. You can blame Danny for me setting up my channel as he persuaded me to do it 😂 I love his channel too 😍 👍😀
Thank you Sheryl and thank you for watering them for me yesterday. ❤️ If Thomas doesn't turn up at the allotment to do some watering then I'm going to make you the allotment watering manager 👍😂 x
Gosh you got a lot of jobs done linda! Nice to see all the crops in. We all swap and share on our site. It's lovely. Unsure why I was using that tap near your plot now 😂😂😂
Thanks Danny ❤️ Yes we have a lovely friendly site don't we and great to swap and share plants. I think you might have been doing something for Jonny with the water tap but not sure 🤔 All I know was that it was restricting my water flow 😂
Hi Linda looking good. I was told never to mix in bark chippings into the soil as it needs nitrogen to break down so will deplete your nitrogen in the bed . You can top off a bed with bark as it will only take an inch or so getting its nitrogen. Hope this helps
Thanks Gaynor 👍❤️ We do try and mix in well rotted bark/wood chippings as we are aware of that but thanks for the reminder. I do think sometimes we use it a bit more than we should though 🤭
The wheelbarrow planter is just stunning. What a great idea. How lovely to have so many things shared by plot neighbours. Yours should catch up now, as it’s warmer overnight now Plots are looking great. I think your bindweed plot will always be known as that, even though you’ve done a fab job at controlling it. Love the apron too. ❤
Awww thank you Clare. ❤️ We have a wheelbarrow on each plot now with flowers. That was so kind of Danny to give us that one. I've learnt my lesson about growing the tomatoes from seed so hopefully they'll be grown with better care next year 🤭 Enjoy the rest of the Lots of lovely goodies from our plot neighbours, they're such fabulous people. Nearly everything I planted in this video was from our allotment friends 😂 I pay them back with coffee etc. at the Feel Good Garden Café. Mind you I do give them the odd plant too 😂 Enjoy the rest of your weekend ❤️
Isn't it a nice Snapdragon Robin. ❤️ I'll definitely be saving the seeds of that one. Nice to treat yourself to some flowering plants on occasions isn't it 🤭
@@Feelgoodgardens Oh I've been treating away this year......but the dang bunnies have expensive taste buds and go for the most choice plants first. I feel like I have wire and cages everywhere.
Awww thanks Cheryl ❤️ I've learnt my lesson about growing the tomatoes from seed 🍅 Thanks to you Jonny and Emma and Danny, and my little plants we should be ok now 🤞Your plot is looking really pretty Cheryl. I love looking at all your flowers. I was admiring your cornflowers yesterday 😍❤️
Feels good to see you again 🤭🤭 see how I did that 😉. Hope the tomatoes do well, mine are picking up now we have some sunny hot days. If you have a lot of green it could also be too damp with low airflow my brassica did that, that why I’m changing it up. Great getting things in the ground, have a fab weekend I hope it’s sunny, Ali 32c 🥵🥵🌞🇨🇦
Awww thank you Ali ❤️ I'll try my best not to leave it so long next time! 🤭 I think I kept filming but not editing and it was piling up and just didn't have time to do it. Anyway hope all is good with you. Sounds like it's gone from one extreme to the other with you. Geez you had snow only a short while ago didn't you. Hope you're enjoying the sunshine now 🌞😎 and taking it easy. You have a great weekend too 👍😀 ❤️ x
@@Feelgoodgardens I think it gets a lot harder when we are all so busy and I’m never sure if I should do more videos but smaller or one big one 🤣 so it may just end up being a recap of what I have done 🤷♀️
You've been busy its all looking great 👍 my Rhubarb has been absolutely rubbish this year not had a year like it i think it could be all the rain we had over winter 🙄 your wheelbarrow looks great .
You know David, I hadn't thought to check that. I just assumed it was neutral 🤭 Tomatoes are all planted up now so fingers crossed they are happy with the soil!
