- Days after Meghan Markle launched the first product from her new business venture, a jar of jam, Buckingham Palace’s official gift shop has hit back with their own strawberry preserve.
The official Instagram page for the shop posted an advert showing four of their favourite ways to use the product.
The Duchess of Sussex last week sent her friends a limited edition jar of the sweet treat, ahead of her brand American Riviera Orchard formally bringing out a range of items.

The Palace has indeed been selling preserves for decades, Highgrove preserves - huge selection but twice as big as the Buckingham Palace preserves, 200g, £3.95. Highgrove preserves are organic - but most have sold out, £6.95. Profits go to charity. The moaners about this advert are clueless that MM is copying the Royal produce, not the other way around. Love it.
