Hi Rosie, that was a great haul from the charity shops. I love the wooden stand .I would paint or spray it gold and use it as a candle stand with a large multi wick red candle. It would be a lovely Christmas centre piece. You look great. Keep well, lots of love.💖💖

Tesco used to have a craft page. It's gone now, but they used little baby/kids socks stuffed with rice and a face stitched on for wheat bag hand warmers.

Went into a local junk shop after seeing the most fantastic pillar candle in the window, it was wood and about 80 cm tall with barley twist stem, you get the picture. About to get my purse out and thought I better check the price first, thinking £20 at a push.. £75 !!!!! Gosh I nearly fell over, didn’t-make a purchase that day.
