Snapdragon 680, slower than my phone by 2.5x and it's already aged 4 years. They claim this processor is a flagship chip, but it's actually low end. Doubt that it can do near 10 hours of battery life either. usb 2.0, bluetooth 5.0, 3gb RAM, 32GB ROM, for lossless audio, android 13 with 32GB ROM will get you no where. Small battery and charges really really long, of 2 hours for 2400mah, even my phone at 33w charges to 100% in 50 minutes with 4520mah. Yes it has uncompressed, lossless audio, but for the specs, LDAC via 5.4 bluetooth with a 250 euro phone performance fronted phone will have it all, including 25+ hours of playback time.
@@jakebenson4187 dude you just listed everything unimportant in such device...you dont need highend chip in a DAP. 680 has plenty power for any music player. 32GB internal storage is expandable, so you can buy 128GB for like 10-15$, no big deal. As any DAP at this price. Even 2000$ players dont have latest Snapdragon 8gen, coz its not needed. And none of the current phones has 4,4mm pentagon jack and dual CS43198 - which is all by itselt a major step-up for any wired audio, than any USB dongle in this price range (maybe except Onix Alpha, but it alone cost 100$...). If you want bluetooth, better to stay on your phone. This device is for entry-level enhusiast, who listen mostly to wired IEMs and wired headphones. Bluetooth is just for a good mesure in my opinion, sometimes it can be convinient. But for sound quality is bluetooth a killer. Even LDAC or LHDC or even aptX lossles are lossy compared to a simple wire. Such device is obviously not for you :)
@jakebenson4187 it's a DAP not a full fledged phone. No need for high end processor. It's more for playing uncompressed music files with built in proper dac amps. You can skip this device by just getting a separate dac Amp.
Seems very good for the price target
Trash device.
why?
Reason?
