I just bought this same 4 stroke hangkai outboard, thank you for you vid man it helped me decide on it. When mine arrives next friday, im gonna try an make my own video and throw in the pond about the hangkais
I like this video! But a little tip, you don't have to turn the throttle to the start position when it's warmed up, you just need to have it in idle position. And it could start with only choke and no throttle when it's cold, just a little tip 😀
Fantastic. Check your rubberized motor mounts on the engine. As they wear out or come loose they cause the engine to shift a little. This play will cause the popping out of gear problem you rote about.
I'm sorry but I dont understand why ppl are buying this POS motor. Guys you get what you pay for. These are very VERY cheap motors. They're basically selling you a lawnmower motor as a boat motor. If I had one I'd never run it full throttle or get on it hard etc. It's so cheaply made I'd be afraid of it literally falling apart. I've watched a bunch of videos about these motors and anytime someone gets up to half throttle or higher the motors so loud it sounds like it wants to just explode..Not a good buy regardless of the price.. Spend a little more money guys and get yourself a REAL boat motor...
But its not “just a little more money”, a Mercury 5hp cost almost twice as much. I fish. I just need to get across the lake and back…are you saying I should spend 1500, when 7 or 800 will do the same thing?

@@DaltonBissellArt i sure do, and i need to make a video
Still lovin' it? Might get one myself.

Right!? Yeah I'm still learning the motor, but that is a very valid tip for everyone out there.
@@BobWilliamsComedy That's good! I'm thinking to buy that engine, I like it a lot. But practice is a good thing!
good boat engine, in Indonesia too many people use it
Do they regret ?
Is it still running? Just wondering what you think almost 1 year later?
Thank you.
Hey brother how's that motor holding so far??? I'm thinking about getting one. Would you recommend it?
Would you recommend this motor 🤔?? Thanks great vid..
How is it holding up after a couple of months? Looking to get one just till I can afford a new motor for mine
The motor slips out of gear sometimes when first shifting to forward... other than that no complaints. Been using it for about 11 months

How long is the boat?
Sweet video
whats its top speed
Cool song.
How many meters in the boat
Did you do the 8/10 hour break in before using it?
I didn't. I first idled the motor for an hour, then when I first took the boat out I never gave it 100%
I found 53 CC 4 cycle adequate.
Any updates on how the motor has held up?
Motor is holding up great! I'm going to the lake this Monday... will have to load an update video
It boogies!
Cruisin
Thats a Vhull, not a jonboat!
Damn bro no camra credit?
Do you still have motor and do you think it's worth 700$
I still have it, however its starting to corrode due to the salt water I'm running it in. For me, definitely with the $700 bucks.
Thanks
Turn off that snitch nine bs
🤣🤣 never realized it was in the background. Dammit!

Funny. Mercs are more than twice the price and have pretty abysmal reviews and an overall star rating much worst than these.
It runs like 2stroke ,too noisy !
Because there is a two stroke🤯
Then YOU get an electric and shut tf up
