I personally like melee switching with fixed delay (Ban Hammer) It is easier for me cuz I will know when to switch to another weapon if Ban Hammer crosshair is on my screen. And now this video is on par with Bridger's how to cat spam guide.
i don't know so im asking you
so you need to wait for the fixed delay on the melee to be over before you can switch to the next delay weapon right? otherwise it wont cancel the delay?
If it is hard I just equip a melee with a unique or totally different crosshair. After I just shoot my darts switch to my Thunderer, switch to my Ban Hammer, wait for crosshair to turn into the Ban Hammer's crosshair then switch to Anti Champ. Then repeat. I gets quite difficult that's why id o it less now instead I use my Succubus.

Edit: so uh Traitor (the sniper) has fixed delay. Very short with no animation but u can't shoot immediately after switching it.

This video helped me alot, i learned 3 cat spamming in just this video, it's so well explained with memes too, and we can still understand, we also get entertained while learning bc memes, so we do not feel like this is school that takes an eternity to end and learn.

6:07 you can use my tip: you can do right to left and left to right, if you are right to left, grab sniper shoot, grab special and shoot, grab secundary and shoot, grab special and shoot, grab sniper and shoot, and repeat. for left to right its the same thing but you start with the pistol, so in less words, you do it backwards in loop

So basically. The whole game plan is to best exploit the delay system to output as much damage as possible. That kinda reminds me of the degresser from tf2. Just less complicated.

im glad i mastered 4 finger claw (right index finger for moving screen) (left index finger for left part of switching) and for the right thumb it recieves the worst pain cuz u jump and shoot and control the right part

Idk of this is a good 3cat loadout I use
Primary:ultimatum
Backup: Exterminator
Melee: obviously heroic epee
Special poison darts or notik (necklace of the ice king)
Sniper: harshpunisher
Heavy: proton freezer
If only they did not nerf harsh punisher

I do delay backup to non delay special to delay sniper to non delay special. You may also use your heavy for 4 cat spam. So delay back up to non delay special to delay sniper to non delay heavy to back up.

i use my right thumb to switch weapon and jump, my left pointer finger to hold down the fire button for continuous spam, and my left thumb to move around and my right pointer finger to turn and aim. This is my own version of denny pg3d's cat spam fingering.

I mean, you are right. There’s no fixed delay sniper. But, nowadays There is one. Super shot rifle after it’s reworked. It has a small fixed delay.

I remember doing 3 cat so long ago. I was a melee switch 3 cat player. But then my acc deleted because of the account sharing back then lmao. I quit after and haven’t gone back. Mostly because it now takes too long to grind and coins. I now always have the funny thought of I was only defeated because they deleted my acc. Fun times.
I lost a lot of my progress a few years ago cause of the account syncing. Pressed the wrong account that didn't have a lot of weapons.
