Are grade 1 candiates suitable for embo. Age 27,unmarried had grade 1 in left and grade 2 in right. For many months made lifestyle changes to ease pain but now from past few weeks unable to bear the pain. Should i go for embo or should i wait till it reaches grade 3?
Grading doesn’t decide treatment.. patient complaints of pain affecting quality of life/ low sperm count or quality/ reduced testosterone levels are indications for definite treatment
