All mowers can remove bushes in Griffin. It's something the mayor decreed 😉. I'd like to see more modders do this.

The honey spawn point at the farmers market makes more sense for me. I have 15 large hives so far spread around the map. Since Giants has deemed that I am not capable of servicing them myself I hire a team of "professionals" who extract the honey, bottle it and drop it at the farmer's market honey booth. Not sure how much I am paying them, miss Moneypenny, my secretary handles that. At the end of the month I go to the farmer's market and sell them the honey my guy hasn't managed to sell at the booth. I guess they are wholesaling it, they take all I can produce. Anywho...Good luck to you, squatting on that abandoned farm...

I think the odd price calendar at 45:42 in the episode good be a result of starting the game on a different difficulty then what you are on now. It should be more accurate after you have completed a full year.
This was back in the 90's, but we used to go through about 6-8 cords of wood each winter and more if it was a really long and cold winter. Granted my parents preferred heating the house with fireplaces and wood furnaces to save on electricity and gas (saved those for heating on really cold days or while on a trip) and we also heated the shop with a wood furnace. Honestly I think it was a result of us living in the country and in severe weather that took out the power lines, we could go a week or more without power.
Yes that silo will take a while...LOL about 8.5 months now that you have filled it. Good slow burn cash for you
Wood does not really vary in price seasonally. It looks like it jumps or plummets, but the price difference low to high is 9 per litre looking at the screen. This usually means you can just sell whenever, you will not gain much by waiting.

I’m from Kansas. Jayhawk was also used in the old west days to refer to people who would mainly harass and attack cattle drives on their way through. They also done the same to settlers passing through.

Hi MrSealyp. Yes you can use boxes as beehives. It can be a thing. Please see top bar hives. Mine are Kenyan style ones made from second hand floorboards out of a skip. The bits you make with care are the top bars. Drill a hole towards the bottom of the box, place the bars on rails across the top, add a lid and voila. Mine a a bit more fancy with legs as I like mine higher off the floor. So much easier to manage than the mode traditional national hives here in the UK. Mine cost about £8 per hive mostly for the leg bolts. Not something for November but set up a box in June with some lemongrass essential oil rubbed in the inside as a bait for a passing swarm and even the bees can be free as well. Thanks for a great stream.

Bushwhacker reminds me of Firefighters when putting out bush fires with a whacker. The tool you were using to me is called a trimmer and strimmer.

The one thing that Ive learned more than any other ( and I have learned alot) is that I would be a terrible Youtubber. look at the range on the wood prices, its only a couple percent so high/low doesnt really matter. Also, you might consider selling some silage... Dec is usually good

Just think of it as having to go back to the garage to untangle/respool/rethread the trimmer line, which seems to take up more time IRL than actually trimming...
One more thing, Since I use to have a tree service that also sold firewood I,ll comment on this. Everybody and thier brother prepairs firewood for the winter but try to find it in summer months, good luck. Supply and demmand always sets prices...

To me, the wood prices look ok "seasonally"... If you think about it, most people I know will get wood well before the snow falls, that way they have time to let it set out side for a bit. Then they can get it piled before winter. My parents had a wood stove while I was growing up. I remember having to pile wood in October and sometimes into November. But always before the first snowfall..

Yep. Weed Eater was/is a brand name. It caught on the the late 70s in the US, we all just say weed eater instead of string trimmer. Kind of like Kleenex or Band-aid.
I know this is really late buuuutttt you dont use evergreen trees for firewood, unless its been seasoned for allmost 2 years. So cutting any of thr good easy stack wood would not match your personal permit. Theirfore you would need a Comercial permit anyway.
We usually went through 7-10 truck loads of wood through a winter growing up in Iowa. That was with good insulation

We never measured anything in cords. We measured in truckloads and when selling wood I'd get $40-$50 per load and it was stacked. I once got $80 at the sale barn and thought I'd just won the lottery
