All this is just myth. For a good brain you need to read, have knowledge, good experience in whatever you do and having alertness. For a good body you have to work out, do exercise, dieting is the key. And regarding masturbating anything excessive have a side effect thats it. Have known this journey and it's ups and downs over 2 decades. Just a normal individual. 3 things help in a great way 1. Dhyaan (with or without mantra)/Meditation 2. Understanding & Replacing Triggers with optional habits. I used solving chess puzzles to surf the urge. 3. Eliminating trigger timings. Eg. Putting a mobile phone away and on aeroplane mode. Or keeping it with someone else when off to sleep. Adding to it reading Bhagvad Gita and Chanakya neeti 1 shlok each (or any simple "don't need to think much" book in 'matribhasha'. It's the language your subconscious thinks in).

3 things help in a great way
1. Dhyaan (with or without mantra)/Meditation
2. Understanding & Replacing Triggers with optional habits. I used solving chess puzzles to surf the urge.
3. Eliminating trigger timings. Eg. Putting a mobile phone away and on aeroplane mode. Or keeping it with someone else when off to sleep. Adding to it reading Bhagvad Gita and Chanakya neeti 1 shlok each (or any simple "don't need to think much" book in 'matribhasha'. It's the language your subconscious thinks in).
