One of the most comforting truths I learned to embrace in this pandemic, is that I don't have the control over my life. But, the one who is in control is someone who knows the way and what He's doing. Plus, He loves unconditionally and is faithful to His promises. Thankfully, that someone is Jesus. ☝🏻

For sure this will be another beautiful testimony from kuya kim. He is a man who truly puts his trust to Jesus. I've watched his testimony during the prayer and fasting. I'm really blessed with his life.
Kuya Kim's statement about keeping one's self busy solidifies the gist of your previus vlog Ms. Rica about rest; that rest isn't synonymous to stillness and that doing something/ being busy isn't synonymous to exhaustion. There is also rest in doing something most especially when you love what you are doing.

Even before the pandemic life had been such a roller coaster ride but through it all Jesus has always been the only anchor , faith = miracles !!! God is always in control! Such a nice conversation to listen to , great job Rica and Kuya Kim! I never miss watching your vlogs Rica👍🏻😃 !
So inspiring. What struck me the most about what Kuya Kim said was "Prayer Works" Its super true! When I was going through anxiety, what I did was pray kasi wala ka na ibang kakapitan kundi si Jesus Christ ❤️
For some reason, I got teary-eyed hearing Kuya Kim as he speaks 🥲
So trueee when kuya kim said that only Jesus Can. Before i thought i can do everything ive set out to achieve. But no matter how ive did my best, there were a lot of times i really cant do it and achieve it alone. As the book of proverbs said, "the horse is made ready for the battle, but the victory belongs to the Lord". I couldn't blame God though for all my lows in life because those trying times is God's plan and way to get me closer to Him.

The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.
Truly, God is sovereign and powerful, He is in control of everything. Though we may experiencing difficulties in life, trials, persecution(flood) but God will remain faithful forever and will never change! He is greater than any flood in our lives.

I agree with what kuya Kim said that it's easy to worship God in the light but doing the hard part which is to continue worshiping him in the midst of darkness is what made HIM happy. God is truly the GOD of HILLS and VALLEYS. We should always bow our lives down to the one who set us on top of the hills and we should always lift our eyes to the one who sees us when we are walking through the valleys in life. 💖

I and my husband work for Starbucks for more than 10 years. I resigned last April and now my husband this July ,imagine amidst Pandemic kami nag resign ,now that we have Nehemiah,our son after 5 years of married dun pa lang kami nag ka baby.
