I’ve been very happy with their lineup. The Rickhouse proofs definitely bring some spicy characteristics with them, but can compete with the big boys. Their wheat grain adds a slightly different profile compared to traditional wheaters. I usually let the rickhouse pours sit for about 10 minutes before drinking and they open up nicely.
@@WildernessandWhiskey Recently bought a hand pick Rickhouse Wheat from Seelbach’s and it’s excellent. If you can find a Rickhouse hand pick I’d recommend giving it a try.

Wasn’t a big fan of their original offerings. This one sounds better but I’m not convinced!
