Interesting topic, Frank. I've seen videos about people renting Airbnb's at various locations around the world, so thanks for highlighting the other alternative of renting a hotel room instead. I'm glad to know that there are financially viable alternatives to renting apartments.
its crazy that toronto’s rent got so outrageous expensive that hotel’s is much more affordable. 💀 still imo would choose to pick apartments, i ain’t staying in a hotel that frickin has spiders, etc. love your vids Frank! ❤
@@Carolinapetroska i wonder how long it will take for the city and all of it to collapse under its own weight with only a few 'rich people' who can afford to pay those rents while the masses eventually leave
Don't forget about hotel tax which probably aren't included in the calculations. I think if you calculate the expense all together, having your own apartment is still cheaper than a hotel.
Would you stay in this hotel?
Having left TO in 1994 and watching this from my farm in Alberta with neighbours a mile apart, this is a totally different world.
totally different lifestyle!

actually I'm okay to be homeless in toronto than to go to eastern Europe and be a "king"😅😂😂
@@mikekass2164 excellent! u live ur life and i'll livew mine!
That's a huge hack right there. If they had a little kitchenette that would be absolutely perfect for me
that would be nice hey lol
I think it is. Little more money but way more flexibility. I lived in an apartment once in my life. I frigging hated it.worst year of my life
that's fair, sometimes its worth the little bit more $ for flexibility.

i see. additional hotel taxes should be factored
Room Service is daily maid. Winner 🏆
good choice lol
$2000 hotel. Cheaper than a dirty motel
thats another way of looking at it lol
😂It is still 1000 dollars to many
exactly! Its quite expensive
BS.... unless you stay in a back packer type of hostel ! That's it.
i see!
