NS 8108 leads NS 189 past CP Smith in Rome, GA

On September 7th, I found out that NS 8101 was going to be leading an 18E, so I decided to go out to CP Smith for a change and get it there. Before it came through, I found out that a 189 would be meeting it somewhere, though I didn't initially know if it was going to be at this siding or not. About 45 minutes after initially finding out, 189 came through, taking the siding to meet the 18E further south at Finley.
