    Hey this is Your Boy Eric from Southern Cali. Great job once again. I have 2 quick questions for you. First, I have a Lincoln welder but you probably have a different welder. Where do you have your wire speed set to and second where do you have your amps set to also when it comes to reinforcement. Cadillac Dan always a pleasure. Keep it up...and low! Your Boy Eric from Southern Cali.

      Thanks for watching you machine should have a setting chart on the inside usually where your welding wire is or you can look it up on lincolns website those settings should get you started and you may need to fine tune it from there just do a bunch of practice passes and adjust till you get it where you want it

    What kind of welder do I need to reinforce the frame I have a toolion 200 but I don't think it would get the job done for that thick of metal. And how do we hire you for work

    • @thecadillacdanshow8658
      @thecadillacdanshow8658  Рік тому +2

      A welder that runs off of 220 power is best but it can be done with a 110 welder as far as work I tell everyone make a down payment drop off your car and I will put you in line but you have to be patient I work a full time job and out in tons of hours building cars is my hobby and I like to take my time not only to make somthing nice but to enjoy what I'm doing I ran a shop years ago and I didnt like having to rush and felt the quality was not as high as i wanted it

    What Lincoln welder would you recommend to buy.i used to stick weld .but looking for a good wire feeder to reinforce frames,duty cycle?

      Really depends on how much you plan to use it I have seen the 220 volt models at home depot do pretty good for home use but if you are planning on running it every day for long hrs I would by a bigger machine

      It all depends on you machine and material you are working with it's best to weld some test plates and see what works best. Your machine should have a chart the recommends settings start off on that and fine tune it from there
