Asiatique is a nice night market to explore, with the river ferry too to get there. Been there a couple of times. When I'm there next (landing just after Songkran) I will be having a few BKK markets I'll be wandering around (as well as a visit to Pattaya of course).
PS: LOVE Lebanese food. We are lucky in Melbourne Australia to have some excellent Middle Eastern and European restaurants and cafes. Love a good feed of Turkish, Lebanese, Greek food ... even out of the big cities this style of food is right up my alley.

I'm amazed you didn't know about Asiatique. Been there a few times since 2017. Love the place, some of the best reasonably priced restaurants in my opinion. It's one of the few places you don't get constantly hassled. The dinner cruises are well worth the money, lots of fun and really good food. The shopping is a little on the pricier side for Thais but well within the budget of the average westerner. Local artists, a fun fair, live bands, good food, a whole range of international cuisine. Drinking is relatively cheap for Bangkok. There's a free river ferry to and from Sathorn every 25 - 30 minutes 4pm to 11.30pm to get there and back. If you take the late river cruise and dinner you will arrive back after the last free ferry has left, but it's easy to get to the local rail links.
Best $25 you'll spend in Bangkok. Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise, fantastic buffet food including non-alcoholic drinks, excellent service the staff are helpful and friendly you pay only for alcoholic drinks and even they are reasonable (I have checked it out, you can bring your own alcoholic drink, they don't object unless you make it obvious). Great for the kids too.
Pro tip for Bangkok, unless you know where you plan to go it's always best to buy a day ticket for the rail links, very cheap £3.26 go anywhere all day. I go to Bang Na, free bus to local MRT station from the shopping mall. Budget friendly hotels. Lots to see temples etc, big shopping mall mostly frequented by Thais, open air market and right next door cheap minibuses (Makro car park) 2 hours to Pattaya. Bang Na is a cheap (£2 - 3) 5 - 10 minute taxi ride from Suvarnabhumi airport. When I fly (around 22+ hours into Suvarnabhumi) I always stay in Bang Na for a few days to unwind, less than an hour into central Bangkok.

Had several good meals at Robin Hood on our last trip, Harlans excellent and Route 66 very good too, will try the Lebanese in May when back. As to hotels, stayed in the Tim's initmate boutique hotel a few years ago and it was very good 😊

Nice video, Trev...and the food looks good. I think if one can afford it and is not a cheap charlie, you should treat yourselves to a quality meal. The most pricy meal that i've had in Pattaya was at 3 Mermaids. But it was worth it.

There's a Lebanese restaurant on the bottom floor in Central Festival , I was taken to,,, as you say Tee the food is so nice , and it's cheap for the quality of the food and the amount you get makes it a well worth visit, I forget the name of it as I was taken to it by my condo owner , i would highly recommended it ,

I got hungry just looking at the food spread "Muhammad" made up for you. *- AND -* The Avani is going to be my new go-to Hotel. Forget The Bayview & The LK Metropole, Holiday inn Express, The Hilton. I'm a photographer too. Started out on a Canon AE-1, then Program AE-1. . . now, a Sony A6600 w 1.8/55 lens. {because it doesn't get hot after video filming for 1 hour plus. & it shoots stills excellently.} I certainly enjoy all of your videos. Very generous of Mohamed to showcase additional meals of their menu, which all appeared very well presented.
As for the spaghetti cabin in Soi Diana......nah. I think I've tried it twice when it was close to hand about 2010 and found it to be very bland and very costly considering what it consisted of. Along with the burger joint nextdoor, which is even worse still. Not even this inebriated Gannett could tolerate either of those substandard joints.🤣

Mixed Grill looked great. I eat lebanese food many time in egypt holidays. In the Royal Garden Plaza i was many times when friend competes there in Bodybuilding contest.
When will the beach road pedestrian path be ready. It has been a construction site for years now.

Stayed a week at The Edge on the 29th floor. Wished I could post photos on here. Bathtub was by the big bay windows overlooking the ocean and the whole city. Every single girl I brought back immediately went for the bathtub and dropped clothes within 5 mins. Super nice place. The bathtub next to the bed and the window made it a total playboy experience

royal garden plaza used to a decent place to eat but after they remodeled the food court and significantly raised prices for many standard dishes i no longer go there. terminal 21 food court remains a good value with nice food.

Your correct 👏 . Labanones food is delicious. There is a Labanones restaurant on the old Kent road and its the best in London that is what I think. Try a lamb kebab from 1 of there restaurants or take aways

I am definitely going to check out that Ibiza Bar Beside the A.Y.A hotel I followed them for a long time on Instagram, but then the owner got sick I am not sure what is happening there either.
