It's the result of gamesense from playing hundreds of hours. At some point you get the hang of where the enemy is gonna approach you from, as well as understanding your characters weaknesses. Most high level dps players and some support players play like this. Just watch more videos and pay attention to their playstyle and you'll see what I mean
