Do lifting weights everyday cause hair loss or no ? Do I need to add cardio to increase blood flow ? Cause I do hand stands and massage my scalp daily . And don't wash my hair daily only once a week and I drink lots of water and drink vegetables juices . And meditation is also good and fish many things even almonds and other stuff .. Also since I'm bulking I just eat chicken and broccoli . But I just need help on the excersises like is lifting weights everyday cause hair loss or no or should I add some cardio

I have hairfall issues.
My hair scalp is dry
Also thin hair type.
Usually I apply oil(mamaearth onion oil ) every third day and after that shampoo (teatree shampoo on 3rd day and onion shampoo on 6th day of mamaearth ).
I also do workout 6 days in week. I had never applied conditioner till now.
Till now after workout i didn't wash my hair
Should I wash my hair with normal Water or not?After workout
