This woman is now beyond a joke. The police should give her a warning, leave the horses alone. She visits often and her behaviour is disgraceful.

I have seen her before also. She " nags" the horses and soldiers so much! The police or anyone really needs to tell her to stay away!! She is not funny or wanted in anyway!

You can tell the guard was getting quite peed off....very subtle move backwards as far as they could go.!!
Yeah, the guard has wound up pulling the horses reins tight to move him backwards out of her reach. Selfish woman seems oblivious that her actions have resulted in the guard causing his horse discomfort. At around 5:00, she puts her hand out to the horse and it lifts it's head out of her reach and shakes it in an irritated way, but she fails to read the cue that she is irritating the horse and persists.

I know I am not so important but this lady needs to move and not come back ever she upsets the horses. I am blind and have a wonderful guide dog the amount of people think they have a right to touch and try giving him sweets.

She does understand she shouldn't be doing what she's doing. On another video, the police moved her on, then she went to the next horse. Heard her talking to someone, she said "ill just go back again when the police have gone". She's embarassing. I'm from Yorkshire as she is and it's embarrassing how she's behaving!

Plain ignorance
The guards and police are way too soft with that woman. Wouldn't be able to get away with what she does in a lot of other countries.
The police should warn her, then disengage from conversation. When they warn her, she argues and they then engage with her, which further encourages her to keep arguing. They should sternly warn her , then say no more. The way they're doing it at the moment is making it seem like a joke, especially when they smile at her sarcasm.

The Brits have a greater tolerance for "eccentric" behavior. This woman is fascinated by the horses and comes back. Yes, she is a pest but does appear a bit dim. Until she gets a solid bite or two or they find a way to move her on she will return periodically.
As long as you are following her around with a camera, she will do this.

She’s not oblivious! She knows exactly what she’s doing and does it deliberately for attention!! She needs to be banned. She’s going to cause serious trouble one of these days. Irritating a horse or spooking it into trampling a child. Anything could happen. But she doesn’t care, as long as she gets attention. So give her some real attention like popping her into a jail cell for a night or two. 😡
