I've been eating more star fruit, papaya, mamay, berries and kiwi and I notice the difference in energy and weight lose. I no longer make smoothies I just cut the fruits into cubes and it right out if the bowl. I even have been eating avocado on sprouted toast with a boiled egg on top for breakfast. To bad we don't have half of the beautiful fruits you have in the islands. Greetings from Miami.

Learned something new about the pineapple too - wow! What's that pepper and tomato hot shot concoction good for; how much of each is used in it and is it blended?

from where i am from Ginger is never combined with fruits, ginger is only combined with water and must be heated. Also, we don't consume ginger raw, as a matter of fact we don't consume any root raw, because they are heavy burdened with starch, you either find a way to process it and reduce the starch content or you consume it boiled or heated with water.
