I agree with you. We lived in the US for 7 years but finally, we moved to Canada, especially for health care. Some people say that in the United States you pay less tax. This is not the whole truth. If you are low-income; In Canada, you pay less tax. Racism is common in most of the southern and eastern states and the central United States. But not in Canada. In Canada, the cost of college is very low, but in the United States, it is terrible. We have two young boys, they are students and that was the main reason we came to Canada. Of course, medical expenses are also very high in the United States. Of course, everybody tells his own opinion and experience. All the best wishes for all.

As a Canadian I can say that Canada is the best country in the world only if you make it the best country in the world. I would recommend moving to BC because the weather is the best. You must have a happy way of life to make you the happiest.

Anyone thinking of immigrating to Canada must know a few things. Our winter season seems to be longer than our summer season. This idea that Canada is a multicultural society is not true because most people celebrate Christian holidays, there are other cultural communities who will not celebrate our holidays but their own but the majority of people will not be closing their stores because of it. There are two languages spoken , french in Quebec and English everywhere else. Btw English is not appreciated in Quebec so if you are coming to Canada I would recommend any place west of Ontario where there are less people and more opportunities.

I was born in Detroit Michigan. I have always loved Canada. I am a Logistician by trade and my career allows me to work anywhere. I am seriously thinking about moving to Canada. America elected an idiot millionaire to lead it. Americans needlessly died from covid because of political beliefs. Racism is rampant. Canada did however treat the indigenous natives like animals, but still not as bad as USA.
I am single and the majority of women I had great respect for were Canadian because Canada help educate its citizens. In America you better have parents that are well off or you are screwed.
