I am so thankful that God gave this song to this male gospel singer & was broadcast in this spectacular movie about the true meaning of living our lives in honor & glory to our Lord Jesus Christ. What a powerful song & one of the best gospel choirs in a movie.
Agreed. I saw this one on HBO in 1993 in a Pennsylvania hotel room one evening, just before show time (I was with a touring band back then). This montage- and the song, of course- hit me like a ton of bricks. True, this movie didn’t do well at the box office, but it really spoke to me. In the end, I guess that’s all that matters.

Did not watch this movie at its peak. I stumbled on it in October 2008. It's a satire. I bet you many pastor in Africa will feel guilty after watching this movie.

This movie provides the ultimate definition of the old saying "fake it, till you make it". Great film.
