The strategy is to find good parents who can wait for you to get into job market for ‘four long years’. This is one of the biggest flaws in the CSS that you have to let yourself get over age for so many jobs. It’s a luxury to sit and prepare for CSS
When state don't give you any kind of security then you choose CSS to secure yourself and your family Australian and Americans aren't obsessed with CSS because State is responsible for their security
