Another aspect of failure in CSS depends on type of student.Most of time,If he /she belongs to medical or engineering profession, he qualifies in short time as they are hard worker .But it does not mean that others can not do it .If they are disciplined and dedicated as told in interview ,they can do as well with the highest marks .

Knowledge is also a key aspect. If you are proficient at English but don't have adequate knowledge about lets say Globalization and you have to write all but 3000 words on globalization then how would you would write an impressive essay on the topic if you don't know about globalization.
I want you to talk more about the confusion in current generation about getting education and skills because there's so much mess about comparing education with these skills.

Selling dreams but the reality is that only one 1% passing ration is in CSS but 99% of the students fail despite their efforts and spending heavy amount. Students fail after spending 7 to 10 years preparing but finally fail. It is so risky and no a wise man try to achieve something where 99 % chances of failure. Finally, failed candidates suffer from depression and tension. No one is in the market to tell the truth to the new generation and chose a path where success ratio must to 80℅.

Only just two things 1: Proficiency in English
2: Consistency and faith of success. You can qualify for CSS.
