INSTALL GUIDE: Eventuri F97 X3M / F98 X4M Carbon Intake

- STEP 1: Use a pry tool to remove the plastic rivets that affix the engine bay trim to the body. Doing so will reveal access to the four (4) OEM strut bar bolts.
STEP 2: Remove the four (4) 13mm strut bar bolts and remove the strut bar.
STEP 3: With a flathead screwdriver, loosen the four (4) hose clamps feeding the airbox. Once loose, remove the oil cap and subsequently lift the OEM cover out from the engine bay.
STEP 4: Remove the eight (8) T20 torx to separate the airbox cover from the intake. This will allow access to the OEM air filters and emblem.
STEP 5: There are two (2) retaining hooks on each of the four (4) OEM filters housings. Remove each of them and swap the Eventuri filters in their place.
STEP 6: Carefully pry the emblem retaining tabs perpendicular to the airbox cover. This will allow the emblem to slide out and swap over onto the Eventuri carbon lid.
STEP 7: Install the Eventuri carbon airbox lid onto the factory base and fasten with the eight (8) T20 torx.
STEP 8: Installation is the reverse of removal. Slide the Eventuri carbon airbox assembly over the oil filler extension and attach to the four (4) hoses. Once in place, re-install strut bar, oil cap, and cosmetic panels.
STEP 9: Use a pry tool to push the three (3) retaining tabs on each grille and gently pull them away from the bumper. Clamp each Eventuri carbon air scoop into place and re-install the grilles.
