Yep totally agree with everything you said such lovely owners especially the lady Hannah who gave up her own time to help us came up with her 3 gorgeous kids to clean the immunity block immaculate as you said massive pitches and you couldn’t ask for more.👍
Yes - definitely well thought out - she’s getting the hang of it for sure and more than happy to come away in it - imagine she wouldn’t be so happy in the heat over last few days and tomorrow but is looking forward to her trip away on Thursday - is hoping for a lake to swim in 😀 All the best, David & Rachel 👍

Thank you - it is a nice little site and always like having a poke around the boot sale - I (David) used to be terrible at buying old radios and things and buying them to fix up and sell - trouble was they never got sold 😀 try to resist now best I can - I spent £1.50 on some clips and managed to restrain myself from anything else 😀 enjoy looking around thought. Looks a cracker of a campsite. Nice to see it busy. Your suppers looked delicious. Once got a single Allen Key which was missing from my set of keys at a car boot sale. Amazing what you can find 👍 Graeme
Was a lovely site and cracking meal - would definitely go back and do it all again 😀 I like the traditional boot sales like that one where there are a lot of genuine there for that week to clear stuff as you find interesting bits and pieces - all the best, David & Rachel 👍
It’s a lovely site and closed at present for some upgrades , including a barrier on entry. The owners are very friendly ands we spent some time chatting to them in th woodman. Dave & Jill.

Nice spot you have found, especially as you can walk into the village for a “pie and a pint!” Bonus open all year, we are always looking for places to stop over on the way to Scotland. Hi Mike - yes finished Scotland trip in June and is running on Tuesday evenings and I’m adding the others in parallel on Monday evening of the latest ones so I don’t get too far behind - also the tech and other stuff ones on Thursdays too - nice stop over only 5 mins or so off the A1 - off to Lake District later in the week for a night then Moffat - should have cooled a bit by then 😀 All the best, David & Rachel 👍
