In this video we use the stock plates Weber provides but we do have upgraded adapters that add power and aren't prone to vacuum leaks like the ones from Weber.
stupid but serious question; i’m new to carburetors and i bought this one for my 22r, but everyone seems to have that EGR block off plate, is it just for a cleaner look and better flow or the 32/36 just doesn’t have the EGR system anymore? I live in California and the emissions are so picky
Unfortunately if you live in California, we don't believe you will be able to remove yours. It would clean up the engine bay if you were able to do this yes as well as one less part to give you any issues in the future.
Most states have the 25 year rule for classic cars, unfortunately California classifies classic cars as being built before 1975 so smog would still apply to your truck
Hi, i'd like to install the 32/36 on my honda civic 4th gen (1.5L 16v) ed3 (d15b3). But i can't find any info on how to do it and where i could buy it online ? I'm from Madagascar but i can get it shipped from france if i can find it online. I want because my stock carb doesn't work well anymore, and i read that it is good for fuel consumption.
What a great informational video! Very clear and concise!
Thanks!
Hello, so how is this better that the two flat plates that come with the carb?

The Weber adapter plates are notorious for vacuum leaks, the LC engineering ones are made specifically for the engine so they fit better

@@Alex-ve1ogalso 8 or more generations don’t need a smog.
You guys need to make a tunable ECU for these engines, and a computer program, and a tutorial on how to use the program.

21r engine fits?
Not to my knowledge, I believe it will require a different manifold adapter than what Weber supplies in that kit.
It fits the 21r
