@@Tabletop_Standard Yes, very happy they based it on 2nd edition. I think Armageddon was to fiddly and almost was the size of a big 40k engagement. Not EPIC enough for my taste.

Amazing game! I really like the paint job on that Ignatum warlord. I'm not confident enough in my painting skills to try that on mine. I stick to yellow and black stripes. The thunderhawks looked very nice, as well!

Played 3k without fliers and some really poor choices with my bikes and shoddy tank killer dice meant the Emperor's Children sliced the Dark Angels to little pieces. Converted my opponent though, so hopefully plenty more games to come. He's eying up Solar Auxilia with an insane number of tanks and aircraft though, which will pose a different challenge.
Really makes me want to get into Epic, though personally 30K doesn't do much for me. Would have loved to have seen a longer game, but still fun regardless, and obviously more enjoyable not having to hold a camera for 8 hours while playing. Definitely keen to see more Epic on the channel!

Three minutes of pre-amble, 3 minutes on the loyalist army list, 2 minutes on the traitor army list, then 10 minutes on the terrain, and 10 minutes of gameplay... I guess that about scales to the actual size of the game.
It's just an overview vid, we had no plans to make any video at all just have a fun game. But we thought it looked cool so did some footage. 16k is far to big to rep with the time we have. It's more of a show piece to inspire.

Guys, 8000 points vs 8000 points is an 8000 point game. You don’t add the points of both sides.
