@@Mikey2Cold550 But Whirlpool had a weird 2010s era where they removed the spray rinse on their washing machines, and gradually brought it back. This was a weird era and affected all whirlpool brand machines. Both the VMW and the fancier VMAX series. But in around 2016, they slowly brought it back in newer VMW models, in 2019 (I think) they added spray rinses in the MVWX655DW, WTW5000DW, kenmore 25132, and probably a Crosley version. I believe some other kenmore models. And as of 2020 I think, all whirlpool machines had spray rinses. But the weird 2014-2016 era they had a fixed rinse cycle for all the machines. When VMW machines first came out most did have spray rinse. I believe the BW, BQ, YQ, XQ, AW, and XW models all had it. However, when the “DW” models came out most did not until around 2019. For the VMAX machines I believe they didn’t use it until they introduced the newer models which came out in late 2019 to early 2020. 2010-2015? Whirlpool VMW machines i think did the spray rinse, except for the DW models from mid to late 2014 or even early 2015. But in 2015 I know many models got discontinued and all whirlpool machines that were left did deep rinses.
Pleaseeeee tell me how to add fabric softener to this machine. I just got it and love how fast it washes and dry the clothes spin...but I would realllly like to know how to add fabric softener..the manual was useless in this area.
Yeah us too. thats like the only thing i hate about it well actually I hate that its only heavy duty. my moms is the same brand but hers is Heavy duty and super capcity with 4 water level settings. ours I dont like cuz 1. I cant even fit a big comforter in there, and 2 . the low water level thingy. luckly ours doenst work lol. i"m dibating on getting another washer thats better sized and doesnt have the low water level setting.
i have the 2013 roper version it is called a Reduced Water Washer and iam not impressed with it at all. on the rinse cycle it splashes so much water that the floor of my laundry is usually wet
Judy Kumor that’s because it uses a thermistor and ATC or automatic temp control, normally a washer without atc just mixes equal hot and cold to make up “warm”. But atc makes the water a certain temp. It’s kinda unnecessary in my opinion
Yeah that kind is not my favorite direct drive either but I can understand why it might use less water for the rinse cycle. Plus you can even see the tub rock during the rinse cycle.
My mom was a Whirlpool fan, she never had any other model washer. She liked the deep wash tub and their rock solid dependability.
If only whirlpool kept up their dependability
Probably the last Whirlpool direct drive ever made.
True, considering it has a fixed rinse cycle and the machine was made in the same year the crappy H.E. washers arrived in appliance stores.

My grandparents used to have a washer like this, But the brand name was called "Estate"
People need to make more Inglis washer videos.
I'd like to see a deep fill rinse options on the INGLIS WASHERS.
Direct drives are awesome
Yes they are! There better than the shitty HE machines!!!
I used to have this whirlpool twin thin washer and dryer at my old apartment. The only difference is it was stackable.
the rinse spin was so balanced and fast, unexpectedly!
1st Neutral Drain 17:20 2nd Neutral Drain 28:07
thank god about two weeks ago i got rif of my set of these and got a new samsung front loader washer and dryer
Bad move, lol.
I'm sure it's not working anymore. Is it?
How’s that repair bill?
@@Smurdle450 yes the samsung set is still running as of 7/19/2020
@@khalilt6508 my brother in law put a new heating element in the dryer and that is the only problem i have had with the samsungs
I’m just tryna figure out how much soap to use and should I put it in before or after ? My boyfriends work clothes are beyond this washers capacity
THEY STILL MAKE TOP LOADS AFTER OVER 63 YEARS OF TOP LOADS?!
YUP BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPERIOR

you add it to the final rinse water, or use a downy ball, or use the fabric softener dispenser on your machine, just remember to dilute it with water.
Thanks so much

What would it mean when any of these direct drive washers develop this problem: clunks on spin cycle and does not spin properly?
+Blue And White you might have a clutch problem. You can search UA-cam on how to fix it.
+HRA Images Thanks.
I’m surprised it didn’t fill up for the rinse.
The first spin sounds like high speed to me
why is the rinse on a low water
I love whirlpool Direct drives
Me too! I love this Englis! I love the 80s and 90s kenmore direct drives! And the whirlpool direct drives!
Hot water?
Detergent kind?
Where’s the music coming from
This washing machine is the same age as me
That looks like a kenmore
Why does this washer have a dual agitator but in the newer videos it has a single agitator?
I swapped it out
Does anyone know how much water this washer uses on the normal cycle?
Auto sensing water fill
that washer has a automatic water level.
No, it doesn’t. It defaults to small during the rinse cycle
is this the same inglis that you have in your shed?
A lot of laundromats that do have direct drive washers will use less water during the rinse cycle.
Why?
Is it normal for the machine to vibrate that much during the spin cycle?
M C
Yes, but a Samsung washer vibrating will warn you it might explode.
All of the whirlpool washers do that
I don't like how little water is used in rinse
at 21:10 was there ice cream truck music?
+J Waughtal a christmas clock that every hour plays a different tune.
I have one too.
Why did you switch the water level to low?
Seth Newton I didn't thats how these reduced water washers work. I have since modified the washer so it works like a normal washer
Yeah us too. thats like the only thing i hate about it well actually I hate that its only heavy duty. my moms is the same brand but hers is Heavy duty and super capcity with 4 water level settings. ours I dont like cuz 1. yeah supposedly all new washers 2011 and newer do this cause of some new water saving requirement for washers or something along those lines.
yeah mines doesn't do that mines started at large
The only good thing about that washer is it fills up really fast.
Only good thing?
It cleans your clothes and makes them spotless,
Very reliable
Very easy to fix
Are cheaper
And use less water than he washers
True but I was actually referring to the washer in this video because of its less water in the rinse cycle
Similar To Kenmore Washer.
i know right
Estas son la mejores lavadoras las de nuevos modelos no sirven fallan mucho por que son de targetas electronicas
18 people have HE washers and hate direct drives. Or they hug trees.

kelly savage there is a screw on the pressure switch that can adjust the water level to proper water levels.

No wonder people say that direct drives are shredmores!
Hello, this is NOT delicate cycle. I got one, its perfect. Spins, does not over heat, clothes come out dry, good clutch.
LM Space will the clothes be clean
I meant because it uses less water than the regular direct drives.
It looks like it adds some hot water then some cold water then some more hot .... This machine is not good for people with a tankless water heater.
Judy Kumor that’s because it uses a thermistor and ATC or automatic temp control, normally a washer without atc just mixes equal hot and cold to make up “warm”. But atc makes the water a certain temp. It’s kinda unnecessary in my opinion
That spin speed is LOW
Yeah but it has good g force
Ps it’s not that slow 600-700 rpm
This has to be the WORST direct drive I have ever seen.
Yeah that kind is not my favorite direct drive either but I can understand why it might use less water for the rinse cycle. Plus you can even see the tub rock during the rinse cycle.
It's only bad because of the reduced water feature. Everything else (theoretically) is the same as a machine from before this was manufactured.
Sharkie626
Agree
That` s full of water, and oversudsing.
italia01139 it's not over sudsing because when you agitate water and soap it creates suds and the more agitation the more suds.
