'Monster' storm devastates the Caribbean

Hurricane Beryl has intensified into a potentially catastrophic Category 5 storm, now barrelling towards Jamaica. It's already swept through Grenada and St Vincent and the Grenadines, killing at least three people and destroying many homes. The World Meterological Organization says it's the region's earliest Category 5 storm on record.

In TNT our hearts go out to the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada and its dependencies and St. Lucia, our beloved islands of the Caribbean that were mauled by Hurricane Beryl yesterday. that's normal for a Cat4 of Cat5 Hurricane and it could go back up to a cat 5 when it enters the Gulf Of Mexico and depending on which direction it goes determines what states it could hit
