Yeah bro
I have seen it done
You will need to cut out the size on the door panel and a riser and door pod will need to be made because the panel and door thickness is very small.
Unless the speaker magnet is very narrow, that’s the only way you won’t need a riser. Also you will need to grind off some metal frame off the door to get access.
But it is possible
